Everyday Evolution - a year long transformational group program to promote health and wellness.
We will work as a group to dial in 8 key behaviors that affect how we feel everyday. Making small improvements really can lead to weight loss, stress relief, increased energy and an overall feeling of wellness.
This program uses email, Zoom and a private Facebook group to coach you through behavior change. We utilizes the concepts of dynamic groups, self paced learning and 1:1 coaching, to support you in improving your lifestyle.
